Terms
The terms for using Planes and for buying a Planes Pro license.
What you are buying
Planes publishes React components as source code. Free components are public. A Planes Pro license unlocks the install flow for Pro components and future updates to them; it is a licence to use the source in your own projects, not a transfer of ownership.
Licence
With a valid licence you may use, modify and ship Pro component source in your own products and in client work, including commercial products, for an unlimited number of your own projects.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the Pro source as-is — for example as part of a competing component library, template marketplace listing, or public repository — nor share your licence key with anyone outside your team.
Each licence has a seat/activation limit enforced at activation. You can manage and free up seats in the Polar customer portal.
All sales are final
Planes Pro is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase. All sales are final: there are no refunds, and no partial refunds. Please read the component list and the free previews before buying, and email us with questions first — we would rather answer them than take money you did not mean to spend.
Payments
Payments are processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's terms, and Polar handles billing, taxes and receipts. Polar emails your licence key after checkout.
Access and availability
Pro components are served through a gated registry endpoint that validates your licence key at install time. If validation cannot be completed the request is denied, so access may be briefly unavailable during an outage on our side or Polar's. The site is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment.
A licence may be revoked if it is shared publicly, used to redistribute the source, or if its underlying payment is reversed.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The components and the site are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing anything you ship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from the components or the site is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The version in force for a purchase is the one published at the time of that purchase.
